SENTIENT Solid Wood Platform Beds
SENTIENT platform beds are designed for rest and visual calm. Models like the Citadelle and the Liffey begin as original concepts in our Brooklyn studio, each shaped by a different idea about form and material. The Citadelle draws on angular geometry and tapered posts. The Liffey features a live edge walnut headboard that preserves the natural contour of the tree. Every bed is handcrafted in solid American hardwood, with options for headboard upholstery, under-bed storage, and your choice of wood species and finish.
Custom and Customizable Beds
Every SENTIENT bed can be customized or built from scratch. Wood species, headboard material, base style, and storage configuration are all adjustable. The live edge headboard can be as dramatic or subtle as you want, and upholstery options include leather, linen, and performance fabrics.
